Default KA cams??? whatcha got?

i've been searchin for some decent mid-to-high range cams for a high revving dual cam (7K +). I found a stroker kit, but im not sure what cams im going to use...just seeing what cams you have and what rpms they're at their best performance?

Yuk! Stroker? I don't think that company has even sold one kit.. or even made one. That pic seems to be a universally used picture. And a high revving stroker is an oxymoron. I take my KA-T to 7500rpm. I'm running JWT cams. Need their cam gears to retard one cam.. but other than that, I'm really happy with them.
But.. the piston speeds on that stroked motor at 7k are only 50fps slower than mine at 7500rpm. 300fps faster at the same rpm.
Destroking is the way to go for high rpm duty.. not stroking. Unless you really want a torquemonster NA.
-Jeff

Edit: Cams really open up at 3500, and make good power until 6500.

i've built a few all motor KA's, i love the torque they have but i can't ever have enough torque. but with that 94.5mm stroke...oooo man that sounds like a "torquemonster" (-jeff). I'll pass on the stroker kit for now...just high compression forged internals lightweight rods/flywheel/driveshaft etc. and those cams sound pretty good 3500-6500 is a nice powerband. Anybody have any other cams that they like?

If anyone is interested in that stroker kit.
