Is it safe to run 18 - 19psi on 93 octane with a built sr20de?

Notice i said "ON 93 OCTANE". Ostrich, i thought you knew what my car had since i have posted millions of threads about all the problems. But anywayz, lemme list them again. Built sr20de with, gt30r, arias pistons, gti-r rods, hks cams, greddy rwd intake manifold custom made to fit fwd sr, custom made tubular manifold, greddy type r bov, valve springs, jwt ecu z32 maf/72lbs injector program, s-afc 2, 3" turbo back exhaust, hmm....i think thats it.
