S14 offset question

S14 offset question
Ok guys, just need a little help with rear offset on a s14. Im looking at 17x8.5 +30 for the front, but in the back its 17x9.5 in either +22 or +38. I know the +38 will fit, but if the +22 fits too I'll go with it for the wider rear. I know this has been hit on alot but I searched and couldnt find anything to help. Thanks.
