How come pearl white S14 rear bumpers do not match up in color to the rest of the body? Anyone else notice this?

happens with almost all cars. camrys accords its just the fact that the paint when it cures to the plastic bumper causes a slight change in the shading of the color. it can be fixed at a good shop though. ive seen it with red/green all colored cars almost.
