i'm looking at 15x7 with a +4 back space all round
i'm i going to need to run a spacer and will it clear coilovers?
theres are just going to be DD wheels
and how do i convert backspacing to offset (if i have that right)

back spacing is usually in inches.. is that in mm ???

You're going to be around a +0 to +6 offset in numbers that we are familiar with.

wow, those are corolla offset wheels. my enkei mesh are 15x7 0 offset and are flush with the fenders on my corolla. prolly make a 240 look like a pregnant roller skate.
