S13 cams into S14?

S13 cams into S14?
Whats up guys, I had a few questions about this cam swap. I've heard a little about it but I keep hearing different stories. Some say just to put the s13 exhaust cam in, others say put two exhaust cams in. Just wanted any info possible that will help me make a little more power until I can get my turbo stuff ready. Thanx for any info. you can share. ( and I tried searching and came up with nothin)

ive wanted to try and put the 14 ex cam on the intake and 13 ex cam on the exhaust. but then i was told the cams are the same. in any event you wont really feel any gains. i didnt before i blew my motor
