just bought a 93 shell, looking to do a swap. i think i'm gonna go rb20det i found a really good deal on one with tranny, wiring and ecu. is this a bad idea
i'm new to the nissan stuff so please let me know your feelings on this.

it will remain pretty much stock, i'm not gonna use the car for a daily just for fun.

i wouldnt do it.
get a ka24de, or an sr20.

rb20's are pretty shitty for the most part.

from what i hear, sr20's seem to be the most popular swap.

DO NOT GO RB20!!

chances are, its the RB20 thats being sold locally. it has exchanged hands SEVERAL times bc its missing everything, and its the wrong harness. it really isnt worth the swap. just go SR or twin cam KA and have fun with it
