Default s13 OEM twin piston brakes?

I just finished doing a brake job on a 96 Qx4 and i noticed that the torque member bolts are the same size as an S13's. For shits and giggles i tried to mount the torque member and caliper from my silvia brakes that are lying around the shop and they fit perfectly. Same size rotor as the JDM pieces. I figure that if the silvia brakes fit on the Qx4, then the Qx4's brakes would fit on an s13. The Qx4 calipers are about 30% bigger than the silvia brakes and the pads are about 20% bigger, and theyre a twin piston design. The calipers fit under the stock 16in qx4 wheels with room to spare so it might fit under oem 240sx 15's. Even the brake lines look to go in the same spot. Only thing is I wouldnt know where to get aftermarket pads for them. The rotors to use are just early 90's altima. Im going to do a bit more research into this, but this might be a cheap alternative to the q45 brake setup.

has anyone else seen this conversion before? Just wondering if it would be at all feasable.

same as j3o/90-96 q45, bolts right up, just need to redrill the rotor for 4 lug.
