feasibility of SR swap
Honestly, my girlfriend's car has run for almost 30,000 miles without problems because she replaced so many parts on it... And she still got into problems down the road like leaking power steering lines, leaking clutch slave cylinder, leaking clutch master cylinder, leaking transmission output seal, and other small problems..
I wouldn't trust the 15 year old plastic end tank'ed radiator either..
I know people that have done it for around 3500 or so, full clip swap, but the car is only marginally faster than a shot out KA, and a healthy KA would do laps around the choked up SR.

Hm, i don't see why its not possible. I just picked up a decent 240 for 'very' little. Lets just say i paid more than 1 dollar and less than 500. Being that i'll be putting my own/different motor in it i didn't care that this one wasn't running. If you wrench on it on your spare time i don't see why one couldn't do it.
Then again, why go the played out direction. What about throughing an SR in the FD? I know a guy that recently threw in a VQ from a maxima and the 6-speed from a 350z into one. If he can do that in his garage only working a few hrs each weekend, then surely you could fit the sr.
