Theres this noise coming out of the valve cover....when u rev it up a little bit it goes away and when it hits idle again it comes back. One mechanic said its the pcv valve opening and closing looking for vacuum because the car dies down due to its poor idle.......he says i need an idle air control valve. Another mechanic sais i need a new pcv valve which is like 5 bucks...no big deal u know. But, i dont know...theres still some bugs to be figured out.

 

pcv valves are so cheap and easy to replace. if u know where ur old one is, take it out, and shake it. they should make a rattle sound. ( my neighbor taught me this ) if it rattles, u should be ok. if no rattle, go to like autozone or discount auto and get a new one. they are like 2-5 dollars.
