Default Any ecu chips or mods for redline

I really need to do sumthin about my redline. redlines at 6400 but i also heard the QR's arent very good with high redlines any suggestions on ecu's and chips?

Your only option is to go stand-alone. As far as I know no one has cracked the QR ECU yet. Jim Wolf is working on it, but theyve been at it for 2 years now. So if youre really interested in it, research a stand-alone unit.

You should keep the life of your engine in mind, though. The QR has a long stroke so increased rpm means increased chances of something breaking. You could always go with some beefier internals and do a nice NA buildup. That would be sweet....

right now i have a warranty lmao (those are handy sumtimes ) but im working on a lot of getting a lot of things. right now i have nismo intake, apexI Exhaust, im buying some eibach sportlines (are those good for my car havent ordered it yet?) i might buy those advan RG's (just gotta figure out whats up with insurance) and header after that (whats a decent header for my car?)

I was either thinking hot shot or Nismo and i also heard that the nismo with the CAT tends to break?

Either header is good, I have had both. Yes the Nismo w/cat is a POS.

BTW, their is no chip available and your redline is 6250 and not 6400. The stock tach is not very accurate and the fuel cut takes place at 6250, so it is possible that you may have seen it go higher. Also, without aftermarket cams there is no need to raise your redline you won't be making any more power.

As for springs, it depends on what you want out of your suspension. Do you want it to look low or handle better?
