check your maf to make sure connection is good, w/ no h2o or degreaser in the electrical connection.

hey guys...i have the exact same problem...it started when i cleaned my engine bay with decreaser then i sprayed it off with water ( i covered the intake) but the next day it started 2 idle real low around 500 or 600 rpm it kept goin up and down up and down....but it stopped doin it like the 3rd day...then i bought a header for my car and i have 2 o2 sencers and the bottom one by my cat did not fit my aftermarket header so i plugged it off ......and now my car doesnt want 2 pass more then 3000rpm's.......does anyone know what the 2nd o2 does???its by my cat

 

egr? check your intake plumbling mine did almost the same things for a while because my intake pipe kept popping off the maifold...and check your maf connection , mine just popped off one day and i couldnt go pass 2500 in any gear in bruce b downs traffic>sucked dick

varg, the maf is part of the black part on this intake pipe just after the filter. make sure all connection there are good and ry.

 

i checked...but it looks like it all right...but my car still doesnt want 2 pass more than 2500 RPM's??:

 

if your car isn't going past 2500 you ahve a problem with the maf.
