looks like your fans are not working right if it was fine will driving and heated at idle. i would say your head gasket if screwed. try this take the radiator cap off and then start. if the coolant blows out start calling for a headgasket. hope this helps

check alternator belt...if thats still there and spinning...its gotta be the headgasket! (if fluids are all good as u say)...i've blown 3 headgaskets, this is exactly what happened to me!
her alternator belt probably broke, or her alternator broke, and the engine overheated--therefore blowing the headgasket.
