Well.. I stumbled across it online, it did bring up a page overnight that linked to a .pdf file to fill in and claim a rebate on a free case of synthetic oil. Now, the link redirects, and a google search for free valvoline synpower case brings up tons of links, but they too are all redirected.
The sad part is Valvoline said the offer would be good until 30 Sept 2004.
