Skyline motor?
my friend up north has a older 240 and he knows someone thats selling as the guy claims a "skyline motor" its twin turbo and valve cover chromed. what are some thinks to really determine that its an actual skyline motor ? what is the engine code?

I would think it would either be a Rb26DETT from a Skyline or maybe a VG??? from a 300zx TT

Well, the lettering "RB26" on the front cam gear cover would be a dead give away. If its a twin turbo, thats the only one it would be. If it is missing the cover, it is the only twin turbo inline 6 motor nissan made
