95 240sx problems

95 240sx problems

down to the point i have a 95 240 and it seems to stumble when im driving but its fine if i give it gas.Also when im starting it i sometimes need to give it gas for it to start.Thanks for the help i am limited in my time so i will try to explain better later.

Check the MAF...I had the same problem and my maf went back and started to foul out spark plugs like it was going out of style.

Hey Shady, let me know how the clutch and flywheel are doing! After you left that day, we parked Rinku's car at my job and it's been sitting there since.

Yeah, check my thread from above, carbon buildup is a common culprit along w/ normal life-cycle parts.

hey jesse,

clutch & flywheel + 95 ka with 198,XXX and intake and lsd=4th gear chirp!!! I love this flywheel highly recommended highly.worth the 367 i paid definetly.

p.s.-car still runs like shit

haha i was hoping someone would say that its going to get changed out tomorrow(tue). spark plugs + new maf+ reset ecu=squat although i put some 93 octane in and it seems to run a little better.

You broke-in the clutch already???

Since 93 improved the feel, troubleshoot your fuel system (filter, fuel sock, clean injectors). You have OEM plugs right?

hahaha...this is a pretty common problem on the KA's..replace your fuel filter..its clogged up..when you give it gas it starts cause there is enough pressure..
