vapor-it does seem to clear up in the higher rpm's

sucio-i replaced it with a 300zx fuel filter not that long ago

what is the best way to clean the injectors and fuel sock.

 

Stick with the basics 1st. Get the new dist cap and rotor on. If nothing, think about the plug wires. Clean the IACV.

1. Fuel Injectors:
A. Best way to clean injectors is to remove them from the rail.
B. Spray down with fuel injection cleaner or carb cleaner. Use cotton swabs too.
C. Inspect the o-rings while they're out. Lube the o-rings prior to re-installing.

2. Fuel Sock:
A. Mine was beyond salvage, I just replaced it.
B. If it's super bad, your A/F meter should be telling you
