Fuel system question

how do i get to the wires under the fuel pump fuse in the fuse box? or is there a better place for me to hook my walbro up?

or
how to wire it to the existing fuel pump fuse

how to wire my external fuel pump into the fuse box (like the electric fans) so i don't have to have a switch to turn it on or anything. i can't figure out how to pop out the unit with the 10A fuel pump fuse in it to get to the wires that attach under it.
