well my ecu and my fuel pump both have now power wtf is going on? its a new battery, i cant figure this one out. any help is appreciated

DID you check fuses?

 

yep i have a test light on the ecu and it shows power to the ecu so i have power its just not givin me codes and not doing anything, is there some sort of safety wire that has to be attached to work?

the 2 connectors on that link i have no clue as to where they go
