Default noise that doesn't sound too healthy

Alright, today I was out doing a little drifting practice in the rain, i feel that it's easier to get the feel of the car w/out the wear of the tires. So anyways, I had a couple good drifts and then one that wasnt too good, I spun around and did a 180 and when that happens there is a LOUD grinding noise coming out of somewhere in the rear-end. Does anyone know what this could be? I can't pinpoint exactly where in the rear but i know its back there somewhere cuz its reallll loud. Thanks!

im guessing it was your wheels going the opposite direction *backwards* in a forwards gear...its deffinitely not good, just don't let it happen again...put the clutch in if you get spun around.

"its" real loud or "it WAS" real loud. Is it still making the noise?

No, it WAS real loud, it will only happen if i do a complete 180, i mean the car could be slidin sideways forever and it wont do it but the minute i spin around all the way it makes a loud and quick grinding noise.

well sean, maybe you should keep it sideways and not spin it around then. That way you dont have to worry about the crazy ass noise !!!!
