Z31 Alternator swap
Ok, I read that a Maxima alternator will swap into the z31 almost directly. My question is, which year maxima or is it any maxima year? I'm gunna be going to the junkyard soon to grab one, so any information would be greatly appreciated

there are websites that have a step by step and gives you exactly which maxima alternator to use.. ... all you ahve to do is search.

Well, I posted this as I was researching mattback, and I found this site right before I left for work, maybe 5 minutes after I posted this

first one i did didn`t need any, fit right in. next had to grind. look for 1990 or so max alt. buy it new with lifetime from discount. visit z31.com for more info on your z. just don`t ask stupid stuff on the mb. they have started a new thing, when you ask something retarded, you get "fucktard" behind you name for a week
