When i start my car the power steering belt makes a loud squealing noise. And when i come to a complete stop and then start again it makes noise sometimes. Plus, when i try to turn the wheel its really hard in some spots.

So i poped the hood and looked at the motor while my GF turned the wheel. The power steering pully stalls or hesitates and makes the belt squeal.

WHY? what is causing this and how can i fix it?

 

your belt it loose and you need to tighten it. just tighten it by using the tensioner

 

dude.. i dont understand you. just CALL me. bring it by, it'll tighten the belt..

 

i didnt want to bug you. i got it. i tightened the belt and its all good
