I dont even see where ya'll are going to actually use this stuff.... Getting this serious about a sport for which we have no circuts for seems like wasted money... I'll say that i do it plenty where i live now, but I dont think i'll be blowing that much cash on a diff.

I understand that you no ants are good, but bill has made due with a "stock" lsd forever, and ive seem him pull incredible moves with it.

I dunno, the only real gain ya'll are getting here is durability.... I doubt any of us can really use the full performance benefits, especially of the more expensive race/drift setup...

We are working on getting track days set up and events like sunriders that are specifically for drift.

but i am sick and tired of my un predictable vlsd. it's a piece of shit.

 

slash, bill is awesome in parking lots, but do you think his car would allow him to complete perform on a full size road course? no. no matter the skill, his skill has exceeded that car by far. as has most of us.


unfortunately, this diff is too rich for my blood. sorry guys, i needed to keep it around the 700 mark.

Yeah, i guess your right, I'm just not gona fork out the cash until we actually HAVE sunriders courses set up for this, or GIR actaully wanting us to get sideways instead of kicking us out...........

But when it happens and my skill exceeds what my car can produce then i'll go ahead and upgrade to something else.

Hopefully within 6 months i can reach that sort of level, Terry and I are doin some great work over here in O-town, we even have 2 guys that hang out with us just to work the camera!!! SO we have like GT3 replays of the entire night..... Hopefully this is never used against us in a court of law, but we are trying very hard to keep on the DL by switching spots often, and spreading them way out as well as keeping the numbers low and not goofing off in public.

You guys are killing me your why or why not to do this. Bretts theory says if it is better than what you have buy it. If it will help me stand this thing on the bumper I may consider a purchase also. Thoughts from the non drifter.
