Default what will today`s 5 year olds be tuning 10 to 15 years from now?

i think the s body will be then what the z31 is now, held onto by us older guys while the younger guys are all over the s bodys. (for the most part in the nissan world anyways) with not so many on the road in good condition and being so old. what car coming out now will be the car of choice to tune and what motor will be the one to swap/build/import?

i know this is "kinda" like the other thread, but i`ts a little different so bite me

Probably be stuck to the 350Z unless Nissan decides to come out with something cheaper and RWD.

Evo's and WRX's will probably be the new wave DSMs in the next 10 years or so, fast as hell and always broken.

They will be first lightening their Ballard fuel cells, then they will begin tuning their methanol reformer to produce a more dense hydrogen. They will also do various other modifications such as upgrade the magnet and re-wind the permanent magnet AC motor. Using the RQ45he, the good tuners will see about 110kW , where as the standard will only accomplish a mild 60kW. All of these modifications will probably take place on the GTR41, or their 2010 Evalia.

the S chassis will not be a Z31.. the Z31 is a bastard child of Z's

the S chassis will be like the old 240,260,280zx with extreme support from many manufacturers 20+ years later...

Z31 just hangs on by a thread, S chassis is a dynasty...

Eclipses and Talons were in the low to mid 20k's, even 10 years ago. Now theyre dirt cheap.

oh that hurt, but there is truth to it. z31 has so little aftermarket it has caused us to be cheap and inventive, which in turn made the aftermarket for us suck more. it`s visious cycle but has made me contemplate my mods more than someone who can just drop cash and buy. not bashing, a little envious sometimes, but the brain likes the exercise. "i want _____to happen, i can`t buy_____ so how can i make______or something that does kinda the same thing."

i don`t see what`s so bad about a turbo v6 anyways....
