rust in the radiator...what color is the freon? are you just low on freon?
If you havent replaced the t-stat yet then just pull it out.
seriously check and see if u got some rusty coolant...could have a clogged/blocked radiator with rust.

my fluid was a little rusty but not as much as i have seen others.
im going to swap out with another radiator and thermostat. plus drill a small hole through the thermostat.

ok. found out my car DID NOT have a thermostat in it. fucking gay shit. bought a new one and a gasket for it. dremelled some deposits out. bought a fluidyne radiator for an s14 sr20 swap dealio and a moroso aluminium overflow tank. so i spent around $700 today. keep in mind mine is an s13
well the top brackets for the radiator dont line up as ive seen on many other 240s. im going to go to discount tomorrow and try and find a hose to fit. im sure someone has made brackets for for the fluidyne radiator.
oh yeah i didnt know the transmission fluid went into the radiator as well. so i had to buy at tranny fluid cooler. thats in and installed but havent pu more fluid in it. add $35 to that $700.

can some one help me finish this. i have an angle saw, just need some drill bits and someone that has made brackets and installed sr20 radiators.
please help. so close to being fixed unless its a head gasket. anyone have a compression check tool. cant really spend too much more money for the rest of the week.
going out to play with the SRs tonight in my friends n/a civic. YAAaaay.

well i got some drill bits and a strip of 1/8" aluminum at home depot for the brackets.
im serious does anyone have a compression tester. i wont be able to buy one till next weekend, but i would like to know that i have a blown head gasket before then so i can get a gasket by the weekend.

just bought a black fal 220 fan for an s14 as well. ill post pics with the s14+ sr20 radiator and s14+ dual fan when im done.
i think its going to be a little interesting considering im going from a 2 prong to a 4 prong fan. ill make it work.
