Yanked the dash out earlier today, I'll have to repair it from the cracking and what appears to be a burn. I found a note inside the dash that said "Not one fuck was given".

I has been a while since I updated this thing, so pheonix is almost ready to hit the streets. I still have a few things to manage, I have figured out my problem with the brakes it seems my booster shit the bed and now I have to fix that. Other than that
it needs a paintjob and it'll be good to go I hope. Also has anyone seen anything like this and know how to fix it?

Brakes are finally working. The damn light is still on though. Thats all for now, a few suspension components here, a little paint there and I'll update it then.

 

Update:

I brought this car home on December 03, 2010 with no working engine, interior in shambles and pieces, not one electronic item functioning, no diff, and no working brakes. Today July 08, 2012 everything works as it should, the engine is strong, the interior is almost immaculate, everything but the radio (it's AWOL) works, pumpkin is in it's home, and the brakes bind like never before.

It took much longer and cost me far more than I thought it would but this car is now road worthy (less a plate) and I couldn't be happier with it. Next is paint followed by a repair of the cracked dash V2.0. I want to say thank you to the people who have helped me the most, especially JD (KRUKED) and Empire, beer shall be purchased if we ever meet in the real world.

 

Very nice fun to read bro. IIRC the brake light staying on sometimes indicates a bad alternator or its connection.
