ok iv read about this and understand how to do it but today befor i was going to do the mod i read about a guy that did it and said that if exhaust was added you might need to put it back on because of over boosting. is this true or did he maybe not have a boost controller? and do you need to do this mod to use a boost controller to full potential? im just trying to figure out if i should do the mod or not-

 

i did it with my gst and then got exhaust, still ran fine boost levels.

 

with out a boost controller? thats all i wanted to know jus makin sure i wasnt gonna do it and then have to put it back togeather later-

 

yeah without boost controller, youll be fine, and if it does act up then just put it back in.
