jumper the thermostat. probably a bad thermostat.

i guess it was the relay, the coolent level, and radiator fan switch, and the turbo coolent line. but now its all fixed and runs great. i just need to stop being lazy and bolt on all my other performance shit. thanks again guys

make sure there is no air in the hoses.
