Any DSM guys near Winter Haven FL? I just purchased my first house in Winter Haven and starting to get to know the area. I dont know if anyone has any kind of "car meets" locally around here? Post up if you know any spots or car meets around here.

I took a drive up there last Friday to go visit Sebring race track, what a nice facility. Stopped and had dinner at Sebring Diner right off route 27. Is there any car meets out that way?

There's a car meet every Wednesday around 9pm at the Walmart off 27

Its nothing special but there's a few that come, we're a small town. We are big during the 24 hour race though. I will be going to the Sebring track on January 12th for there 1/8 mile drag hosted by PBOC.

They setup and run an 1/8 drag event at that track? I thought it was setup for auto-x events only.

I don't know about the auto cross setup as its a road coarse track. But every year PBOC rents the track for a week and on Saturday night they setup a 1/8 mile drag at the start line with a light tree and everything.
Its a 1 time a year thing I went last year and was the only dsm there was a few evos and mostly trailer queen drag cars, even mopeds 0.o

Curious where you work at? Palm Harbor to Winter Haven is a pretty decent drive to work huh?

I saw that you folks were looking for meets closer than Sebring.
We have some listed in the calendar and also in Local Events Forum.
Most meets these days are open to all cars and not just a certain type.

Try this:
