What trannys does my 99 7 bolt gst take
There is a guy selling a tranny from a 99 eclipse and he says it does not fit his gs he is assuming it is for a gst and the model he says is f53md

you cant use 6 bolt trans in a 2g. it will bolt to the engine. but the engine mounts are on the transmission in 2g cars. 1g cars have the mounts on the engine. the 1g trans has no place to mount the 2g mounts
