Well after many months with my 351 fox body I decided I was bored with it wanted something a little more complicated to play with that still had a strong base to build off. So I went with an import (before I saw how stupid exspensive they are) for the complicated part, and a dsm 4g63 motor for the strong base to build. so I got this 93 egale talon tsi funwd. its a total pos but it was cheap so what ever.

parts i have bought it
new driver side corner light
new none spray painted a/c vents
used valve cover
new timing belts/pulleys
new boost controller
new arp head studs
new head gasket

Here is a list of parts I need I will be glad to buy from any of you for the wright price

needs/wants
new coolant temp sensor
coolant temp pig tale
1g tps sensor
aftermarket header with dsm flange
front mount ic
a real brand name bov
gm maf with maf trans.

So is there any thing I need to know about these cars if I plan to make at least 500whp on stock block?

Do I really need to shave the balance shafts to make that kind of power? I rather keep it and it can keep the 5 little hp it frees up

 

new temp sensor is $20...get a new one. for the temp sensor pigtail, just use a spade connector. if you're sticking to the dsm flange, get a 2g manifold and port the shit out of it, it flows fine and aftermarket isnt worth the money unless converting to t3 or t4. i have a 1g tps sensor, greddy type s bov, and the gm maf-t but i wont be able to sell for about a week or so. might sell my short route fmic too but idk.

But im talking about the other temp sensor closer to the rad.cap, Thats the one i nee the clip for.
