and i fucking love it
im goin tuesday to get my loan for my 93 7 touring model
already has 3" down pipe and mid section
now that im heading rotary what do i need to know?
any matenice should i always keep up on?
i know oil and filters and spark plugs (ill keep up my habbit of doin that every 2k miles)
any things should i watch out for with the turbos?
any comments are welcome
and ill post pics if i get her tuesday

Change the oil every 8oo miles, use Castrol 10-30, you can not use synthetic oil, it doesn not burn and rotary is oil injection. Also be sure you add 1 ounce of TCW-3 oil for every gallon of gas you put in the car
Never rev your engine when cold, always let the engine warm to operating temp before you drive it. When shutting off the engine give it 2 fan cycles to ensure the turbos etc are cooled down enough.
Check for crack intake piping they go bad pretty quick on 3rdgens because of the heat, make sure all the hoses etc are in good shape.

Rotaries consume oil..so keep an eye on the level

How many miles it this one.. has it been rebuilt ..is it stock?

People get these boosted 7s ..throw on a Boost controller then boost the hell out of the stock shit..
It can only take so much I dont know how much PSI the stock twins can handel..
Plus 100k on a stock FD is kinday iffy, I would look towards that port and rebuild job, it should be nice after..
Plus Keith he was telling me how,you turned him onto the Rotary power,I hope he gets it,The price is CHEAP.. even if he got it to resell and make that quick profit.,.

from what i know the stock twins CAN do 15psi (and probly not last too long on that) but you have to run at LEAST 850 primaries (stock secondaries in the primary spot with the 850 seconds also) and upgraded fuel pump... and something to control all of it like a PFC...

P.S. Rotary7 yeah i did turn him onto them... i LOVE my car and i am learning more and more about them everyday... i know a bit about hondas but i just like the 3rd gen 7 for my daily... i might one day build another honda as a track car... (they are REALLY cheap)

fuck no... 78 is way too large for the street... im looking into a t66 setup now... it is just ALOT of $$$ for that shit... it is not just the turbo you are looking at a FMIC, greedy elbow, fuel shit, manifold, WG new DP, and so on... so just a little much for now... i think im going to work the suspension and get some nice tires to hold what i have now then look into the t66...
