So yesterday i went to start my car after letting it sit for a day, And it refused to start. The engine was flooded. Once the car finally did start, It idled at its usual.

But pressing the gas pedal makes the RPM's bog down, and stall the car out. Now if i push the gas pedal slightly, I can get the car to rev up. But any amount of pressure, I hear a loud clicking noise, The check engine light comes on, And the engine bogs down. Any ideas? TPS? Fuel filter? Fuel pump?

Open to any suggestions, Where i live, Nobody has a scanner with the plug for my car, And i really don't feel like stabbing in the dark replacing shit till i'm broke. Thanks.

TPS barely does anything. I doubt it.

 

boost leak maybe intercooler hose is off a little? idk bouncing stuff off the wall here. Maybe maf sensor

 

Read the code, you don't need a scanner just some alligator clips and a buzzer. $3 at Radio Shack.

It makes a big difference on speed density and apparently causes some fucked up shit on Evo 8 Mass air flow roms too

 

It's a NT 4g63. I replaced the wires, It sounded like it was miss-firing. This did not fix the problem. I think i need to get my fuel pressure checked..

 

Could possibly be the MAF...unplug it and see if it idles/runs any differently.
