i had my car up at foriegn connection getting a quaife installed and somebody broke my window stole my cd player, amp , and subwoofer...i just wanted to know if anyone has every had this happen....aren't they responsible for it still!?let me know what you think .....thanks

My EX Wife's car (96 Eclipse RS) was at Sarasota Mitsubishi getting a new tranny installed and it was broken into. Stole same shit, amps, stereo, CDs... all kinds of shit. Smashed window, broke door handle. It was on their lot when it happened. They were not responsible. I fought it forever. Worse than that, the didn't even tell me it happened until I was there to pick up the car! Assholes. I hate thieves and car dealers.

 

thats what they said to me is that they wont pay it because it was left in the car....i think thats gay....its attached....anyone else have any clue its like 700 worth of shit

 

As long as its behind a locked gate they did what is required.They are not responsible.Sorry about your loss but there is nothing u can realy do about it.

If you have full coverage, im pretty sure your insurance will cover it, but you will still have to pay your deductible.

 

i have a 500 deduct and cant afford to pay it cuz it costs to much for the quiafe and shit.....ohh well that sucks ass
