yeah under fla state law any equipment other than stock isnt the responsibility of the place of business. now get this if the thieves were to steal, say the drivers side door, the shops insurance would cover any amount over your deductable. kinda messed up isnt it. the only reason i know this is my brother had the seats to his prelude stolen while the car sat at the paint shop over a weekend.

 

you would think if a place wanted a good rep. for customer service they would offer some help you know? but i guess its a small business so its hard....i just wish it didnt take them 4 weeks to fix my car!

 

look into 8 on your side....it seems alot of people get their way when channel 8 gets involved...my cousin had my rims on his car and they were nice until he got in an accident and had to take it to maher chevrolet to get fixed (rims were still fine after accident) and when he got the car back...my center caps were gone, someone stole all of his speakers, rims looked like they were stolen then put back on the car cause they were all fucked up... well when we showed up to pick up the car we obviously knew something was up because there were only 2 nuts on each rim (the 2 left werent the lock nuts) and the caps were missing, well they looked back to a photo they took when we dropped the car off and u could see that all the stuff was there...now my cousin is talking to my aunt and other aunt (ones a lawyer) and she is gettin 8 on your side involved to cover the damages done...but we will see what will happen
