It takes a combination of parts to make horsepower. Not just the correct size turbo. Turbos dont make cars fast. good setups do. One poorly chosen part can turn a 500whp car into a 425hp car. I asked what your budget for the build up is so we could help you design a setup within your budget. I have been building the 4g63 for about 12 years now. I have seen many setups good and bad. most bad. it takes a lot of experience to build an impressive setup. The best way to do it is know how much you have to spend and then maximize the setup within that budget.
what we need to know is what car you have.
how it runs now and what parts it already has.
what fuel you want to make power on.
and your intended use of the car.
and of course how much you have to spend on the project.

96 tsi awd, 93 octane pump gas, 6 bolt motor (not in the car...rebuilt) nippon pistons @ (I'm told) 7.1:1 CR, arp head studs, delta cams, 3g lifters.

I haven't purchased anything else yet. Will this work? Budget build (best bang for buck).

Very well put. Unless you are dealing with someone who has quite a bit of experience in researching and testing different combo's of parts chances are your setup will not be optimal. All it takes is one bottle neck or decreased velocity part in the system to screw everything up.
