So what do you think about the throttle positioning sensor could that be doing it?

what engine you running 6 or 7 bolt? could be cam/crank sensor or crank angle sensor, also maybe fuel pump or filter if its dying after it starts.

yah it will fire right up but after about 5 seconds of running it dies out.

well you should get a hold of a OBD scanner, most likely it will tell you whats going on.

It's very easy to have the cam angle sensor 180degrees off. there is a small marking on the key of the cam angle sensor that fits in to cam. make sure the marking lines up.
