stupid question
ok i was wondering how much boost i can push with the stock 14b on the stock black top 450's before i end up running out of fuel.
the reason why i ask is because i was running my car today up to a local dyno day here in town and i went to get on it and usually i only see the gauge going to like 9 to 10 psi (i am running no boost controller or anything just as stock as i can get besides cams) and i made a slight pull in 5th gear and i looked down at my gauge and i saw at all the way over at 20psi.. i am a lil worried that i am running out of fuel that high of boost. but i also have no idea why it climbs up that high i mean it is not like it spiked that and then dropped i was actually holding 20psi?
oh and what do you guys recommend me running my car to rshared_pm wise i am just stock with a set of HKS 264's on a stock eprom ecu?

get some 550's and a 2g maf you'll be all set!
also check your vaccum hose going to the wastegate,or just check the wastegate itself. if theres even a pin hole it could cause you to overboost. and idk but in my experience u gotta worry about blowing ur turbo more then killing ur motor with a stock 14b.

lol yea i made sure all my lines are all good. and i am running the 2g maf with the eprom ecu. and i have another chipped ecu for my 550s but i was just wondering if i was ok fuel wise with the 450's with it going that high of boost. i mean i have seen a blown up motor on a 13g with 450s due to high boost and not having enough fuel to support it. i just really wish i had a wideband...
