car not starting
Ok so yesterday i was cleaning up the header and and throttle body. i took off the radiator fans, the header (top part), throttle body, battery, and intake. i put a wire brush attachment to a power drill i had and cleand up the header and TB, all the carbon buld up and crap.
So anyway after im all said and done i put everything back in the car, than put the battery back in and hok it up. making sure all wires and sensors i disconnected are re connected. and i go to start the car but it wont start. all the lights come n and everything but it wont turn over. i even tried jumping it cuz i somehow thought maybe the battery as low.
All in all, its not starting and no clue why. BTW 96 eclipse N/T

It could be the starter, but if you try to start it too many times you will drain the battery also. Do your headlights work?

so it cranks but wont start?
an engine requires 3 things to run: air, fuel, and spark. once the starter spins and all those components are there it will run.
so if its cranking then you have an issue with one of the above. obviously there is air getting to the engine, so now check for spark. either get a spark tester or wear some insulated gloves, ground the plug and look to see if there is spark. is there spark? if no then its either your plugs, wires, coil pack, or ecu/sensors and all you can do there is test and replace stuff till you find out what it is.
if there is spark then obviously there is no fuel. pop out the injectors, make sure the wires to the injectors are intact, check your fuel lines, ensure the filter isnt clogged and the pump is operating. if those are all fine then its another sensor/ecu issue in which case you need to check resistance to all the sensors and inspect the ecu.
if all else fails, then give her a compression test, if you've lost enough compression you wont get the combustion in the cylinder and the engine wont run.
hope i've helped...

You said you go to start it and it doesnt turn over? When you go to start it on the inside do you hear a click click at all? You might want to check your starter relay.
Also how do you battery wires look? Make sure they arnt messed up.
