Troubles with my 99 eclipse gs
and the next question is, a plan i want from people that know cars, on what i should do with a 99 ecplise gs stock and great condition. lmfao.
Dude, I'm telling you. Sell this and go GST or GSX. It will work out so much better in the long run. You could sell your car now for about 3-4k and then take the extra money you would spend on the turbo kit and buy a nice, mildly modded 4G63 preferably AWD and you will be so much happier.

Back on topic, your problem lies with the builder for sure. You should have tried to get your money back and take it somewhere else. 5 months to do a build is fucking ridiculous unless you are building a monster with tons of fabricating. The builder could be fucking up tons of things, and who knows what really went wrong, it could be chewing up bottom end bearings, not circulating oil, or just put together piss poor. Im sure if he had it for 5 months he wasnt working on it every day so who knows what he might have forgot to do/tighten or thought that he did. Hope it all works out for you.

No way in hell would the motor even see close to 250HP let alone at least, with it being N/A. And there is only one head.
