^ Aye, like hitting a brick wall. Got a ride in a turbo Celica a few years ago and we hit fuel cut just as we hit 100 mph, scared the shit out of me.

A97, as for the FCD, if you wire it correctly there won't be any risk of fuel cut at all. It clamps the voltage from the sensor, so there's no possible way the ECU will see boost. I was originally gonna do the ML but heard stuff about the filters getting dirty all the time, I'd rather just solder some connections once and never have to worry about it. The instructions are super clear too.

Looks pretty damn good. What size is the IC? The one I ordered is just 8" tall but is rated for up to 500hp so I figured the smaller the better. No need to excessive pressure drop.

As for the ML, yes, it has a filter in it which some people have all kinds of problems and some people have none with.

How is this car holding up? Thats scary as hell to turbo the 420 with the stock bottom end. Those rods are brittle and snap in stock 420a's. Did you get the idle figured out?

The stock bottom end is proven on 8psi, you'd have to be a real moron (or very unlucky) to break one.

go boost, i did and i love it! i have a 75 shot on mine and the motor love the juice better than boost. my bottom end isnt stock though. i have je 10:1 pistons and eagle rods, my top end is a stage 1 cam set.
i love my set up though.
