Default Ethanol vs C16,Q16,VP IMPORT

Well been hearing a lot of good stuff about ethanol hearing a lot of people making great horse power and torque numbers and also how cheap the fuel is . But still not sold on it i know it has been out for a couple of year and people are doing this and that with it but race gases as been out for centurys . Has anyone ran it for years on stock fuel systems and aftermarket systems has it been test for longer period of times who knows the cause and effects were are the myth busters at....................

There are no long term effects of Ethanol. Everything in life is a trade off as always. The obvious trade off with Ethanol is it takes approx. 30% more fuel then gasoline to create the same energy. I'm still a fan of Methanol injection as a daily driven fuel though. Not nearly as much of a pain in the ass in higher horsepower applications as Ethanol is with having to make a fuel system large enough to make that kind of power.

until it bitts you in the buttwhen the pump fails i know that most meth kits have safety features like lowering boost to waste gate and all that stuff but at 8500 rpms it will be to fast for any computer to catch but has any one try just with a single walbro 255 hp and a fpr with like 1000cc injectors and see what it makes

The high quality fail safes work instantly so the pump going out is not any sort of issue. If you go on EvolutionM you will see a lot of E85 results. They are quite promising but it takes a walboro 255 and 1000cc injectors to supply enough fuel for approx. 480whp. If your going for 600whp+ it doesn't take a genous to see your going to need a shit load of fuel delivery to meet the cars demand.

Because 10's isn't as fast as it used to be. 9's is the new 10.
