basicly but there should be like 5 wires 1 ground, 1 power,1 for ecc,1 for on and 1 for start position. the start signal wire sends power to relays and computer to tell it to run......find that wire and it will start first or second spin,sounds easier than done i know, just tryin to help

I've also noticed, the fuel pump doesn't turn on every time I put the key to start. Sometimes I have to shut it off and turn it on again, then I can hear the fuel pump. Weird.

 

bad power signal...make your own and put it on a relay
