I know what your saying, but what I have is way more complex then what you play with. It takes someone with extreme skill and good math to properly assemble my engines due to the close tolerances. I now know there is only two maybe 3 people local capable of building this correctly and I'm not one of them. Anyone who can read and right and knows how to use tools can put an engine together. It takes a real mechanic to put mine together and I have to much $$$ in my cars and engines to take chances. Which is why I leave it up to the professionals to get it right the first time and give me the quality of work I pay for. I just totally misjudged a certain couple, but its a mistake that will never happen again!

After the car is running again, I will order another set of pistons and other components as back ups for a back up engine. After that I'm done with this shit, a stock engine goes in followed by a F/S sign. I however have 100% confidence in the fact that I will not have to use the back up. Well unless something dumb happens, like vac lines popping of the regulators or something. God forbid...

ok guys...i usually stay out of matters that don't concern me but i feel that things should be said....EVERYONE and i mean EVERYONE expresses on the forums exactly how they feel about a certain matter...if miguel wants to write here about his experience, you dont have to read about it. there are lots of other forums that you could involve yourself with. to complain that you're sick of reading this is like watching a movie that you have no interest in and then complaining about how much it sucked afterwards. that is just purely assinine....if you dont want to read his posts then DON'T!...he's just expressing his terrible mishap in hopes that others won't fall to the same fate as he did. It's not your responsiblity to tell him how he should feel. Miguel is a grown ass man that has put lots of TIME, EFFORT, and MONEY into his projects. It's his business if he wants to keep them, or sell them, or part them out, or whatever. Also, all you guys that think you're a badass because you can change your own oil, get over yourselves. That discussion is also completely a moot point. The reason why someone goes to a shop to get work done shouldn't be a topic to discuss. Why do you go to resturants?? Why do you go to the barber shop???? I can cut my own hair, but they are professionals. Any educated human being can understand that.
