i have a 90 laser turbo and i thought the turbo went out a while back when it started burning lots of oil (0 vissiblity behind me for miles) so i got a new turbo and put it in and the same exact problem happens. i know the old turbo was bad by the time i took it out because the intake side turbine wiggles like crazy. the new turbo was brand new. after the problem happened again i took the intake hose off to make sure the new turbo still had bearings and there was alot of oil inside of the intake side of the turbo. Oil inside the compressor side of the turbo? There is a line that exits the valve cover and dumps back into the intake boot. Sometimes this dumps oil back into the intake under high boost. high oil pressure. What most off us create a catch can or just put a K&N air filter on the end of the valve cover. That is one thing I can think of. If it is blowing smoke then that is another problem
