ford try-ed that with one of my trucks i just had my lawyer call down there and set the straight .. once they see you have a lawyer they start talking to you diffidently . for my issues it only took a phone call , i hope every thing works in your favor gl.

man..thats messed up my friend took his srt 4 to the dealer to change out his faulty boost gauge and get his tires rotated...they managed to rotate his tires and charge him for it.. but when he goes to get it they said they werent gonna fix it because he had a downpipe and i voided the warranty

if u are a part of semna [sp] they protect peoples right with there warranty. just go on ther website and they will provide you with info about how dealers can and can not void your warrenty .

i just talk to the people at the mitsubishi dispute resolution office .i just half to wait .

Get a lawyer or your going to get screwed. You need to get one NOW, if you wait it will just bite you in the ass later when you try and get a lawyer and deal with all the BS.

They try that with everyone, sadly enough its always Mitsubishi and Honda dealerships that seem to mess up cars and then want to charge to fix them.

Well of course, but mostly older Honda's are the ones that people mod, most of them can't afford a new Honda. And most new Honda's are overweight and underpowered and parts are getting too expensive. It pretty bad when I can get a used EVO VIII/IX for the same price as an Si and have better performance and a better car in general IMO, well except for like daily driving gas mileage

But its not as if any of his mods caused his parts to fail, it was technician error and they should step up and replace it. With his problem right now, this is where a lawyer will help him A LOT. Dealerships don't want to fix anything for free they don't have to.
