I i were you i'd get a better FMIC, the greddy piping is 2.5 youd be better off with 3 inch piping. Look into a ETS kit or something along those lines. You know your gonna get literally NO traction right? especially with your A/C removed and battery relocated.

Oh, and get atleast 680cc injectors, your gonna be all over fuel cut with a 16g and 550s

no plans for racing at all,i just wanted a solid daily driver with a good bit of pick up and MPG.and i agree with the pipe, seemed a little on the small side to me as well.550 injectors too small for say 450 whp? Thanks for the input.

yes they are too small. I'd defiantly go with bigger injectors

550's are usually ok with a 16g, but 400whp your really going to be squeezing everything out of that turbo and going to need the extra fuel.
what kind of A/F gauge?? I'm assuming you mean a wideband, if thats the case I would think about swapping the EGT gauge out with maybe fuel pressure gauge.
Alcohol injection will allow you to squeeze alittle more power out of that setup.

i concidered the alcohol injection but decided against it.going to keep the egt but adding the fuel gauge inside would be pretty simple.thanks for the info.

I'd say that 400-500whp will have plenty of "get up and go" +1 on bigger injectors and FMIC. If it were my I'd get some bigger cams but the 264s should easily support your goals

you forgot the part about where you go AWD...

awd conversion took me 1 week to do, not bad.

anyway, with dsmlink, get 1000cc injectors. go get an hta 30r or 35r, you wont hit 450hp on the big 16g. even if it was an evo16g it would take race gas or alky. pump gas your looking at 300-330 hp on that turbo.
