Must be nice joe I am seem to have the effect of whatever I buy needs constant attention but then again mine is high mileage and I seem to only be fixing stuff that prior mechanics frigged up. The mystery leak was from them using the wrong o-ring when they did the water pump. I had the exhaust manifold out because THEY broke an exhaust stud. Come to think of it I really have not had to do any serious broken parts repairs yet. BUt dont get me wrong I still love the car its a hoot to drive and could also be ALOT harder to work on.

I am the one with the 92 talon withless than 45000 original miles
I am very happy with my car it looks and drives great. It is still all stock
but that will change soon. I can keep up with some mustangs and blow the doors off of all the honduhs that I race from a stop.
and they never belive me when i say it is stock.

 No offense but if you can just keep up with(not beat) some Mustangs then youre racing the wrong Hondas. I know plenty of Hondas that will smack down Mustangs all day long. With AWD you should be doing the same. BTW I saw your car at the spot and I like it. Very clean car.

OK lets see. My 2 cents on the matter.
As for my 60 times. I ran on cheap/stock Goodyear RS-As (H rated I think it doesnt have a V or a Z infront of the R) and I was cutting alot of 1.6s. If 12s are your thing Big 16G turbo is good enough and you can still do AutoX. I have a small 16g and it isnt ported or clipped. You dont need to weld the center diff for mid 12s. When you get your 60s down low enough you might want to think about it. Make sure you get and AWD with an LSD in it. These cars are not as reliable as a Honda except turbo hondas well the ones Ive seen anyways. Sorry to say that but it is true. They are not a POS either but things will go wrong time to time. You need to know how to work on a car or want to learn how because they make alot of power to move their heavy asses and they can break down spring a leak etc. But that is the fun of things knowing that you can fix your car.

~350 It doesnt take much to get the great ETs MPH wont blow anyone away though. 350 HP and drive it right...youll see some 12.4-12.2s I would say.

Well I dont go out and hunt down honduhs to race but went a riced out one trys me because he thinks hes fast I will show him whats up it just might be that they are the wrong honduhs. I really dont know any of the people that go to the spot other than the DSM guys so I am not saying that your cars are slow it is just everyone that trys me is. And about the mustangs i dont try and race the stock ones if I am going to try and race a mustang I want a good race so I look for the ones that are a little beefed up..
