Honestly, no. But that is just the commonly accepted opinion. People have made them fast, but it takes lots of money and know how.

I'll bet you love your car, so not to shoot your dreams down, but it's really a lot more challenging than your expecting/wishing. If you want to keep your car, and want to pep it up, consider doing some simple bolt on modifications first (intake, exhaust, radiator, etc.), and start reading more on DSM websites to know what is realistically possible for your car, and go from there. Hit up DSMtalk.com and vfaq.com . Hope that helps.

Yeah, man. You really need to understand what your doing before you just throw a bunch of parts on your car. You could end up doing more harm than good. I'm also warning you that some mods for your car will be expensive and although they will make your car sound better (intake, exhaust) they will do very little for you in performance gains. I mean, you can realistically squeeze another 20hp out of it for around $400 (buying proven name brand parts, of course). But even that's not enough to compete with much of anything on the street. The difference between a GSX and a GS is like the differance between an old Harley and turbo Hayabusa. Get my drift? Start working on getting a GSX. You'll be happy you did...trust me.

yeah i kinda figuere that wont give me that much n it wont do anything on the street.. i heard that there is no point on getting new pistons n rods. im just thinkin about exhuast headers n air intake n save up for another car... so im guessing im not really going ot do anythign to it n safe up n sell the car later on but i know i wot get that much for it
