since you have a 420a i heard you can drop a evo engine in them, you just need one new motor mount and you can run it as a fwd, then later convert it to a awd if you can find a wrecked GSX, but thats what i heard id say save your pennies and look into that ,

GSX swap isnt as easy as finding a wrecked GSX and putting the stuff in...its actually very hard and extensive. The evo motor however will drop in with new motor mounts

True also, however you would need to get a full wrecked Evo, so as to include all original harnesses, sensors, fuse blocks, etc.. And even then you would need an array of custom gauges and wiring, even for a mildly modified/stock setup. And for the cost envolved, a fully built 6-bolt would be a cheaper and better alternative. Even though you would need to make custom mounts, and do a lot of modifictions. This is why people just buy turbo DSMs.

NO...do yourself a favor and don't even attempt any swap. You'll spend much more money than expected, and that's a fact. Either research forever until your eyes bleed if you decide on keeping your 420a and making it fast (definitely possible ), or as stated, find a gsx if that's truly what you're looking for.

First things first, you need to set goals for where you want your car to be. As already posted, join/read here: Team 2GNT Forum - Board Main - Forum listings
